This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop B2B content (copy, graphics, short videos) for the website, blog, LinkedIn, and campaigns, primarily in German, with English as an option.
• Oversee and enhance the WordPress website, including the development of landing pages and the resources section.
• Strategically plan and execute SEO initiatives (on-page, technical SEO in collaboration with agencies, backlink strategy).
• Manage relationships with SEO and Google Ads agencies, including briefings, budget oversight, and performance evaluations.
• Organize content in a manner that allows it to serve as a citable source in AI-driven search results.
• Track visibility (SEO + generative search) and identify specific optimization strategies.
• Conceptualize and implement lead-generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, gated content).
• Construct and refine landing pages, forms, and lead flows, including conducting A/B tests.
• Report on funnel performance (traffic, leads, MQLs/SQLs, pipeline contribution) and pursue ongoing optimization.
• Oversee campaign management (email/LinkedIn), events, and webinars.
• Conduct reporting & analytics, while monitoring market trends and competitors (ERP, cloud, AI).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within IT/software/consulting sectors.
• Proficient in German (C2) and possess good English skills (B2+).
• Advanced user of WordPress, LinkedIn, Canva, and an email marketing tool (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Proven experience in lead generation/campaign management and managing external agencies.
• Strong understanding of SEO, with hands-on experience in GEO (geotargeting/geographic SEO) being an advantage.
• Self-driven with a structured work approach and a strong collaborative spirit with Sales teams.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Oracle / Cloud ERP (or SAP/Microsoft).
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for creating landing pages.
• Experience with ABM and intent-based B2B targeting.
• Knowledge of no-code workflows (Make, n8n) or prompt engineering.
