This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and implement the marketing communication strategy tailored for the Polish market.
• Strategize content and create the schedule for marketing activities and events.
• Organize both webinars and in-person events, ranging from conferences to our own client meetups and collaborations with HR partners.
• Manage our social media presence, focusing primarily on LinkedIn, where significant engagement occurs.
• Produce expert-level content including articles, newsletters, e-books, and reports.
• Collaborate with B2B marketing managers from other countries to exchange ideas and insights.
• Oversee the performance and SEO agency: providing briefs, optimizing efforts, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Work in close partnership with the design and UX teams to ensure all materials are visually appealing and functional.
• Analyze campaign outcomes, draw actionable insights, and experiment with new strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on joint initiatives, create sales materials, and develop case studies.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical B2B marketing experience, with direct responsibility for content, campaigns, and events.
• Native or fluent Polish speaker (C1+), as you will be responsible for generating content for the Polish audience, including articles, newsletters, social media posts, and event copy.
• Proficient in English (B2+), both written and spoken, as this is our primary working language.
• Practical experience with tools such as Canva, MailerLite, Google Analytics, and Figma.
• Demonstrated experience in organizing both online and offline events (such as webinars, conferences, and meetups).
• Strong analytical abilities: capable of interpreting campaign data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions independently.
• Regularly utilize AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) as part of your daily tasks, including content creation, research, analysis, and reporting.
• Must be eligible to work under a B2B contract.
• Competitive salary range of 11,000–13,000 PLN net (B2B) plus KPI bonuses.
