B2B Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategizing, overseeing, and implementing marketing and sales initiatives — ranging from campaigns and POS projects to B2B communications and sales support — while coordinating with internal teams and partners and monitoring performance.

• Marketing endeavors & Key Accounts: development of activation plans, campaign schedules, KPIs, collaboration with customer marketing, and oversight of implementation and performance tracking.

• POS / VM / Branded Spaces: conceptualization, rollout planning (store lists, quantity logic, scheduling), and coordination of production and logistics with MarOps.

• Incentives & promotional gifts: generating ideas, preparing briefs for execution, and coordinating quantities and distribution logistics.

• B2B newsletters & communications: planning topics, structuring content, and scheduling — transferring to MarOps for creation and distribution, including tracking.

• Sales support: executing go-to-market strategies and presenting activations during collection handovers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B/trade/retail marketing (preferably within wholesale/retail/consumer sectors).

• Proficient in campaign management, POS/VM activations, and stakeholder engagement.

• Exceptional project management skills (handling multiple streams, timelines, and clear briefings).

• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills: budget/KPI tracking, with excellent Excel/reporting proficiency.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira (or equivalent) and CRM/marketing automation is advantageous.

• Confident communicator and presenter (sales enablement experience).
