• Create and uphold high-quality prospect lists utilizing tools such as Apollo, Clay, and various other data sources.
• Establish and oversee the HubSpot CRM framework: including pipelines, stages, lifecycle logic, properties, views, and object structures (contacts, companies, deals).
• Develop, initiate, and manage outbound sequences (primarily email-focused, occasionally multichannel).
• Configure and sustain the outbound email infrastructure: including sending domains, inboxes, warm-up processes, and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Monitor performance and operational KPIs: including deliverability, reply rates, positive reply rates, meeting rates, and conversion into pipeline stages.
• Extensive experience with HubSpot (setup/admin orientation): including pipelines, properties, workflows/automation, imports, and basic reporting.
• Practical experience with outbound tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of deliverability fundamentals: including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, and sending best practices.
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Sheets/Excel): including data cleaning, transformation, quality assurance, and deduplication logic.
• Ability to work comfortably across various tools while maintaining organized and aligned systems.
• Contractor position, compensated at market-related rates based on experience and scope.
