This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement B2B customer lifecycle programs for school district leaders (Superintendents, Instructional leaders, Instructional IT leaders) who are existing Khan Academy customers, encompassing onboarding, engagement, renewal, and expansion.

• Create and oversee lifecycle communications (emails, newsletters, in-product or campaign touchpoints) that convey timely and relevant messages to administrators and educators.

• Develop and update campaign content that showcases product updates, impact stories, customer success, and best practices to enhance adoption.

• Collaborate with Sales and Services to bolster renewal and expansion initiatives through targeted campaigns and enablement materials.

• Monitor lifecycle performance and engagement metrics, providing insights to fine-tune programs over time.

• Implement top-of-funnel B2B acquisition campaigns in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers to boost awareness and generate leads.

• Assist with integrated product and initiative launches through coordinated email, paid media, event, and webinar campaigns.

• Create sales and partner enablement materials (one-pagers, toolkits, presentations) that support acquisition and campaign initiatives.

• Aid in marketing execution for essential B2B events and conferences, including promotion, coordination, and post-event follow-up.

• Work collaboratively across Product Marketing, Sales, and Integrated Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, education, or SaaS sectors.

• Proficient writer with examples of engaging, conversion-focused copy across emails, campaigns, or sales materials.

• Experience in supporting acquisition and engagement initiatives through integrated marketing or lifecycle programs.

• Capable of working independently as an individual contributor and achieving results within tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities.

• Comfortable utilizing marketing tools and analytics to assess performance and enhance campaigns.

• Exhibits deep empathy for educators and a readiness to learn and reflect the voices of teachers and administrators.

• Experience in district leadership or classroom teaching is advantageous.
