B2B Content & Thought Leadership Strategist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create district-oriented thought leadership and content aimed at executives.

• Develop and oversee editorial calendars aligned with campaign initiatives and go-to-market priorities.

• Convert campaign themes and product marketing messaging into engaging narratives for districts.

• Generate high-quality long-form materials, nurture assets, webinar support documents, and content aligned with campaigns.

• Assist in refining messaging and iterating content across district marketing efforts.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing Management (PMM), and go-to-market stakeholders.

• Aid in the optimization of nurture emails and updates to campaign messaging.

• Provide support for HubSpot campaign creation and email development as required.

• Contribute to webinar programming and district-specific campaign efforts.

• Offer assistance with basic video editing and content formatting when necessary.

• Help enhance the consistency, quality, and strategic focus of content aimed at districts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial strategy, thought leadership, or roles focused on demand generation content.

• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities tailored for executive or district-level audiences.

• Proven experience in creating thought leadership, long-form content, nurture materials, or campaign-related assets.

• Strong editorial instincts and skills in narrative development.

• Capability to work independently without relying on highly structured briefs.

• Experience managing multiple content workflows simultaneously.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.

• Ability to swiftly adapt in dynamic, startup-like environments.

• Experience in transforming strategic messaging into engaging content for audiences.
