
B2B Business Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and target companies that may be interested in purchasing corporate education solutions.
• Engage, qualify, and expand the company's network of contacts.
• Assess clients' training requirements and challenges.
• Arrange and conduct diagnostic or discovery meetings with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Document and monitor all sales interactions within the CRM system.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of commercial proposals.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in B2B consultative sales.
• Background in active prospecting and generating opportunities.
• Experience in managing corporate relationships and identifying key decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and managing commercial follow-ups.
• Experience in handling and qualifying leads.
• Preferred: Background in corporate education, training and development, or corporate universities; experience selling courses, training, consulting services, or educational solutions; knowledge of LinkedIn and social selling strategies; experience in business consulting or corporate events; sales experience with companies in the engineering, construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors; understanding of Pipedrive.
