This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and manage our CRM system effectively.
• Provide support and guidance to potential clients through phone, video, and email communications.
• Organize appointments, courses, and student schedules.
• Assist in the sales process and recommend appropriate educational programs.
• Proactively engage in outreach activities using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with partners, companies, and educational institutions.
• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum C1 level.
• Background in administration, sales, consulting, or coordination.
• Confident proficiency in using CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Organized, independent work style with a strong sense of initiative.
• A keen interest in education, data, and digital processes.
• Flexible working hours with the option to work remotely.
