This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assume complete responsibility for our B2B partnerships and procurement objectives within your designated region.
• Develop and maintain a network of partners in your area: this role involves traveling to meet with bike shops, leasing companies, and manufacturers.
• Initiate our trade-in software and oversee the trade-in process with bike shops throughout your region.
• Source the most suitable e-bikes at competitive prices from retailers, leasing firms, and manufacturers, utilizing our pricing models along with your negotiation abilities.
• As one of the initial Business Developers on the team, you will collaborate with the General Manager to design and enhance our processes.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, purchasing, or account management.
• Native German speaker with proficiency in English.
• Enjoy networking and possess the ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Dependable, highly responsive, and capable of establishing trust with colleagues and partners.
• High energy and a strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of Upway’s business.
• A genuine passion for bikes.
