Azure/M365 O&M Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain Azure and Microsoft 365 services, encompassing identity, networking, compute, storage, collaboration, governance, and platform monitoring elements.

• Investigate and address incidents, service requests, recurring issues, and performance challenges in line with established service levels.

• Implement authorized changes, uphold configuration documentation, and assist with release and maintenance operations.

• Conduct backup, recovery, access, health-check, and capacity-management tasks.

• Develop and enhance runbooks, knowledge articles, dashboards, and operational reports.

• Collaborate closely with project teams during service transitions and initial support phases.

• Assist the client with daily Azure and Microsoft 365 operations, including monitoring, change implementation, and incident response.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, or enterprise cloud operations.

• Proficiency with Entra ID, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure networking, and Microsoft 365 administration.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities across identity, network, endpoint, and application service layers.

• Familiarity with ticketing, change-control, and knowledge-management processes.

• Capability to produce clear technical documentation and effectively communicate with users and engineers.

• Experience in Azure Government, GCC High, or NIST-compliant environments.

• Possession of Azure Administrator or Microsoft 365 Administrator certification.

• Experience with Teamcenter, SharePoint, Exchange Online, or Purview operations.
