This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Installation and setup of Boardwise for various clients on the Azure platform.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues associated with Azure services.
• Working closely with clients to assess needs and create suitable solutions.
• Updating and improving technical documentation, including installation guides.
• Ongoing enhancement of deployment automation and cloud architecture.
• Offering technical assistance to customers as necessary (remote).
• Collaborating closely with the internal development team on technical obstacles.
• Enhancing deployments, performance, and overall architecture.
• Proven experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure/M365).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Azure Administrator or in a DevOps capacity.
• Strong understanding of the Azure platform, the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, and related services (M365/Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, Azure DevOps).
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Background in technical customer support.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
