Azure AI, MS Foundry Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Configure and implement solutions utilizing Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI services.

• Design and develop voicebot functionalities using Voice Live API and cutting-edge speech technologies.

• Establish and configure Azure AI Search, encompassing indexing, retrieval strategies, grounding, and integration with enterprise knowledge sources.

• Set up and enhance Azure OpenAI, Speech Services, content safety, monitoring, logging, and orchestration components.

• Implement best practices for authentication, security, networking, and compliance within an enterprise banking context.

• Integrate with backend APIs, business services, and customer-facing platforms.

• Provide guidance on architecture, scalability, performance enhancement, and operational readiness.

• Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and production hardening of voice and conversational AI solutions.

• Collaborate with internal engineers to enhance team skills and ensure sustainable maintainability.

• Build a scalable, secure, and maintainable foundation for a voice-enabled AI assistant that is production-ready.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in implementing conversational AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI services.

• Demonstrated ability to configure and deploy Voice Live API or analogous real-time voice AI solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of Azure AI Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), indexing techniques, and search optimization.

• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, prompt orchestration, grounding, and agent-based AI solutions.

• Understanding of speech recognition, text-to-speech, real-time audio streaming, and voicebot architecture.

• Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.

• Strong grasp of cloud architecture, security, identity management, and operational best practices.

• Experience in deploying AI assistants in regulated sectors such as banking or financial services is preferred.

• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and governance requirements pertaining to AI solutions is preferred.

• Experience with agent-to-agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, and enterprise knowledge retrieval patterns is preferred.

• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and evaluation frameworks for generative AI solutions is preferred.

• Preference for onsite work in Copenhagen, Denmark; remote candidates must reside in the EU, EEA, or UK.
