Azure AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement AI-driven applications on Microsoft Azure.

• Construct scalable and secure solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Cognitive Services.

• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and establish solution architecture.

• Write robust, production-ready code while integrating Azure AI functionalities into modern applications.

• Conduct testing, optimization, and performance tuning across various solutions.

• Ensure that solutions are in line with cloud security and architectural best practices.

• Generate technical documentation and implementation artifacts.

• Convert complex business needs into practical technical solutions.

• Work closely with delivery teams to guide AI projects from concept to deployment.

• Contribute to ongoing improvement and innovation in AI and cloud initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established background in technical consulting and solution delivery roles.

• Strong hands-on experience in software development.

• Proficiency in building web applications on Azure using .NET or Python.

• Expertise with contemporary JavaScript frameworks, especially React.

• Experience in developing AI-driven solutions using technologies such as OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain.

• Solid understanding of Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Cognitive Services.

• Experience in designing and architecting applications with Azure cloud-native services like App Services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.

• Familiarity with Azure Integration Services will be highly valued.

• Strong comprehension of data technologies including SQL, Cosmos DB, and Microsoft Fabric.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud architecture principles encompassing security and networking.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.

• Ability to generate clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative settings.

• Capability to work effectively in remote and distributed teams.
