AWS DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and manage Infrastructure as Code utilizing Terraform.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure using GitHub Actions.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate platform and infrastructure challenges.

• Assist in the setup and support of monitoring and observability tools, including Datadog.

• Work collaboratively with international teams across various delivery centers.

• Participate in cloud and automation projects for clients in the financial, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of substantial experience in DevOps Architecture and platform development.

• More than 4 years of practical Terraform expertise, including the creation and maintenance of reusable modules.

• In-depth knowledge of AWS, covering compute, networking, IAM, databases, and cost optimization strategies.

• Familiarity with ECS/Fargate, EC2, Lambda, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline processes.

• Operational proficiency in AWS within an ECS/EC2 environment.

• Experience in deploying Docker/container solutions.

• Extensive experience in developing CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions.

• Proven track record in troubleshooting advanced platform and infrastructure issues.

• Experience in supporting and establishing observability and monitoring through Datadog.

• Knowledge of cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is preferred.

• Proficient oral English skills for effective collaboration with global teams.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.

• Strong resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery methodologies.

• Profound understanding of the distinctions between coding and engineering.
