AWS Connect Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and execute solutions aimed at improving customer experience, engagement, and operational effectiveness.

• Convert business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.

• Implement and manage modifications, enhancements, and upgrades to Cisco, Genesys, Zoom, and other customer experience platforms.

• Build integrations among customer experience platforms, CRMs, and external systems using APIs and middleware.

• Diagnose complex technical problems, providing escalation support to internal colleagues and clients.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to guarantee system reliability, security, and compliance.

• Maintain precise technical documentation, code repositories, and configuration records.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Amazon Connect.

• Proficient in AWS Development & DevOps: Lambda, CDK, SDK, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, Python, Node.js, TypeScript.

• Demonstrated experience in a systems integration or consulting environment.

• Proven track record of building and utilizing APIs (REST, SOAP, Node-Express, etc.).

• Solid understanding of contact center platforms (Genesys Cloud CX, Cisco Webex Contact Centre, Zoom Contact Centre, Amazon Connect).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Established ability to deliver projects in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

• Flexible and eager to quickly learn new technologies and platforms.
