AVS Program Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist education and health leaders nationwide.

• Deliver personalized coaching to multidisciplinary health and education teams.

• Develop resources and tools to assist all collaborators.

• Oversee relationships with partners.

• Organize and facilitate meetings and discussions with cross-sector teams.

• Establish, nurture, and support partnerships in health and education across sectors.

• Manage the execution of content delivery to network participants.

• Create reports and presentations to illustrate project advancements.

• Collaborate with the AVS team to design tools, resources, and training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Five years of pertinent experience.

• Additional educational qualifications may compensate for the required experience.

• Background in working with or leading local education and health agency leadership teams.

• Familiarity with change management, systems management, management consulting, or related fields.

• Knowledge or experience in program evaluation, including impact assessment and conditions necessary for causal inferences.

• A user-centered, asset-based approach to partner support.

• A valid driver’s license.
