AVP, Strategic Analysts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the SVP of AI & Automation and various departments to evaluate workflows, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence, promoting best practices and innovation in AI-driven solutions.

• Foster strong relationships with senior leadership, providing updates on current projects while identifying new automation and optimization opportunities.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver scalable and impactful technological solutions.

• Specify technology requirements that enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and support efforts for business optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in AI engineering.

• More than 3 years of experience in data science.

• At least 8 years of professional experience in data science, AI, automation, or engineering.

• Outstanding collaboration and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous concepts and deconstructing complex problems into manageable components.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Proficient in communicating effectively to diverse target audiences.

• Experience in defining technology requirements aimed at enhancing business processes and optimizing operations.

• Adaptability to meet evolving requirements and shifting priorities.
