This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and implement the RPS training strategy in accordance with business objectives, promoting growth, operational excellence, and client-focused results across Field and Operations.
β’ Collaborate with RPS & WPS leadership to evaluate capability gaps, prioritize training needs, and align training investments with key strategic priorities.
β’ Oversee the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of intricate RPS training programs, ensuring they are effective, scalable, and support organizational readiness.
β’ Propel the execution of strategic initiatives by incorporating training and change enablement methods that foster adoption, enhance performance, and yield measurable results.
β’ Establish and lead a high-achieving training organization, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
β’ Track and enhance training effectiveness using data-driven insights while implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, lower costs, and enhance the learner experience.
β’ Direct the creation and implementation of essential training plans to facilitate the onboarding of new outsourcing partners, ensuring successful outcomes for Lincoln, seamless integration with RPS teams, and an exceptional customer experience.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in training or relevant Retirement Recordkeeping, directly aligned with the responsibilities of this position.
β’ More than 5 years of leadership experience, including managing leaders and/or overseeing large, complex projects.
β’ Proven track record of collaborating with leadership to drive execution.
β’ Established ability to convert business strategy into actionable training and capability initiatives.
β’ Strong executive presence and influence, capable of effectively partnering with senior leaders.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
β’ Proficiency in CoPilot.
β’ Familiarity with Allego, Camtasia, and SharePoint site management.
β’ Competence in driving alignment and collaboration across various functions.
β’ Strong skills in data-driven decision-making, focusing on measurable outcomes.
β’ Capability to lead through change while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Proven success in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
β’ Strong program and project management skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
