This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Oversee and guide the strategic and operational aspects of the Finance Operations functions.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring consistency and operational excellence within Finance Operations capabilities.

• Act as a vital partner to business leaders.

• Guarantee that Finance Operations strategies are in alignment with corporate objectives.

• Spearhead modernization efforts by utilizing digital transformation.

• Compare internal performance against industry benchmarks.

• Skilled at articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in Operations, with a minimum of 3 years in Finance, and at least 5 years in Leadership roles.

• Capability to oversee complex operations, enhance efficiency, and generate valuable insights.

• Proficient in Data Analytics.

• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow management tools.

• Experience in process mapping and reengineering methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
