AVP, Credit Model Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee models throughout their entire lifecycle, from initiation to retirement.

• Spearhead the development of Credit and Fraud models for acquisition and account management.

• Direct Model Monitoring initiatives and collaborate closely with stakeholders.

• Work in partnership with global cross-functional teams.

• Offer analytical support for significant business initiatives.

• Function as both a doer and a leader while managing a team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Risk, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering).

• At least 5+ years of experience in an analytical or quantitative position related to consumer lending.

• Proficiency in Python, Pyspark, SAS/SQL, and reporting tools such as Tableau.

• Familiarity with AWS throughout the machine learning lifecycle.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in leading small teams.
