AVP Client Services – Workers Compensation, Liability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver stewardship reports to clients and inform them about trends and issues affecting their programs.

• Conduct pre-renewal meetings to evaluate client loss history and overall company performance.

• Identify and address potential client dissatisfaction prior to renewal discussions.

• Manage client renewals, contract amendments, and prepare Client Service Instructions for intricate programs.

• Mitigate process, technological, and resource obstacles by guiding and influencing internal teams.

• Oversee client invoicing, audits, and follow up on accounts receivable.

• Address significant customer service challenges.

• Foster and enhance relationships with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.

• Assist in business development initiatives.

• Implement company personnel policies while adhering to staffing and training standards.

• Interview candidates, hire new staff, and create performance development plans for colleagues.

• Conduct performance evaluations for colleagues.

• Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to encourage optimal performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.

• At least three (3) years of experience as an Account Executive managing national accounts.

• A minimum of five (5) years of claims or supervisory experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of workers' compensation and liability.

• Must be a resident of Georgia.
