AV System Designer, Drafter – AV, Lights, Shades, Control

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Development of design and engineering documentation for the implementation of low-voltage systems in upscale residences.

• Proficient in design software, preferably CAD and/or Revit.

• Comprehensive knowledge of signal flow, networking, lighting/shading systems, and control systems.

• Familiarity with the built environment and various phases of construction projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A seasoned AV/technology system designer with extensive experience in luxury residential projects.

• Proficiency in Design/Layout/Drafting and proposal development for residential technology systems, utilizing tools such as CAD and Revit (ideally).

• In-depth understanding of Control Systems (Crestron, C4, and Savant), Lighting/Shading systems (Lutron), and Networking.

• A consistent work history, ideally with no more than three years between job changes.

• A friendly demeanor and high emotional intelligence.

• Must already be based in the US (No Visa Sponsorship available).
