Auxiliar de Relaciones Comerciales – CRM VP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the management of independent resources

• Recruit and assess suppliers to meet necessary requirements and geographical areas

• Utilize search tools to find relevant information across various countries and sources

• Create reports and conduct comparative price analyses, identifying highs and lows

• Analyze data and derive important conclusions for decision-making

• Manage KPIs, trend analysis, and SLAs

• Develop and implement action plans based on data analysis

• Use Ishikawa diagrams for problem-solving

• Manage internal and external communication via WhatsApp

• Validate documentation, including validity periods, signatures, and formats

• Generate presentations, diagrams, and visualizations of geographical information

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions

• Essential: computer equipment with 8GB of RAM

• Human Resources knowledge

• Skills in communication, organization, analysis, teamwork, and results orientation

• Strong knowledge of geography on a global scale

• Proficiency in internet search tools

• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis

• Ability to create professional and effective presentations in PowerPoint

• Capability to develop mind maps

• Skill to organize and present data clearly and concisely

• Proficiency in Visio or other diagramming tools

• Knowledge and use of Google Earth

• Familiarity with KPIs, trend analysis, and SLAs

• Understanding and application of the Ishikawa diagram

• Proficient use of WhatsApp for internal and external communication

• Knowledge of systems for ticket management and problem resolution

• Documentation validation: validity periods, signatures, and formats

• Native Portuguese speaker

• Intermediate-conversational Spanish

• English proficiency
