This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Travel to customer sites to provide vehicle servicing
• Detach tires and wheels from vehicles
• Utilize grinding and sanding tools to fix cosmetic damages such as curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels
• Paint and refinish wheels to restore them to a like-new appearance
• Deliver outstanding customer service while promoting our services
• Resilience and determination to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
• Strong customer service and sales abilities to engage with clients and cultivate accounts
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality and safety
• Good manual dexterity for tasks involving repetitive motions
• Strong work ethic, self-driven, and capable of working independently
• Visual capabilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Physical endurance to kneel, bend, squat, and climb, as well as the capacity to lift up to 75 pounds and remain on your feet
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Experience in auto painting or completion of collision repair technical school training preferred but not mandatory
