
Automotive Wheel Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Travel to customer sites to service vehicles
• Remove tires and wheels from vehicles
• Employ grinding and sanding tools to fix cosmetic damages (including curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels)
• Paint and refurbish wheels to restore them to a like-new state
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote our offerings
• Resilience and determination to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong customer service and sales abilities to engage with clients and develop accounts
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality and safety
• Manual dexterity for tasks that require repetitive motion
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the capacity to work independently
• Vision capabilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and climb, in addition to lifting up to 75 pounds and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience in auto painting or training from a collision repair technical school is preferred but not mandatory
