Automotive Technical Support Specialist, Dutch, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance across multiple systems, with an emphasis on diagnostics and root cause analysis.

• Address technical queries from Customer Dealers and internal teams.

• Assist dealers in navigating repair procedures and guarantee precise case documentation.

• Work alongside dealer technicians and internal agents to tackle intricate technical challenges.

• Record cases and technical information within internal systems.

• Arrange Field Engineer visits as needed.

• Participate in training sessions and exchange product knowledge.

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and dealership personnel to share insights and trends.

• Occasionally perform vehicle testing and manage servicing arrangements.

• Elevate cases when necessary, ensuring all pertinent information is captured and documented correctly.

• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing top-notch diagnostic and repair support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a senior role within a dealership workshop.

• Degree in automotive technology or a comparable technical qualification.

• Comprehensive understanding of vehicle mechanics and EV, with HV certification (e.g., HV EV Specialist / DGUV L2+ / IMI Level 4) being a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools.

• Possess an analytical, organized, and customer-oriented approach.

• Fluency in both Dutch and English.

• A general automotive diagnostics competence test/evaluation will be included in the recruitment process.
