Automotive Porter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Safely and methodically move and park vehicles in designated areas.

• Ensure the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas are clean and well-organized.

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections, including checking tire pressure and fluid levels.

• Assist with vehicle deliveries and prepare vehicles for handover.

• Retrieve vehicles for customers and transport them to and from service areas.

• Provide support to the service team with various operational tasks.

• Wash and vacuum vehicles, along with performing minor maintenance tasks.

• Deliver friendly and prompt service to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to company policies and comply with safety and health regulations.

• Immediately report any vehicle damage or operational issues to management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Prior experience in a similar position is preferred, but not mandatory.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

• Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic.

• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Capability to perform both simple and fine motor hand tasks.

• Ability to work in well-ventilated automotive repair shops, refurbishing facilities, or outdoor environments.

• Proficiency in operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
