Automotive Parts Technical Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional sales support to BD customers.

• Assist customers in troubleshooting, selecting appropriate parts, and addressing installation issues.

• Offer comprehensive product knowledge along with outstanding customer service.

• Maintain an extensive understanding of products and services.

• Aid customers with automotive-related inquiries regarding products, installations, and service support.

• Serve as the technical authority for both customers and sales team members.

• Communicate customer feedback and identify trends to the Sales and Engineering teams to facilitate product enhancement or modification.

• Provide detailed information on equipment and parts available for sale.

• Advocate for the customer throughout the RMA process.

• Address customer complaints in person, over the phone, or via email.

• Assist the sales team with technical knowledge and customer support.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience in vehicle maintenance is necessary.

• Proven vehicle maintenance experience, ASE Automotive Certification, or equivalent is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing service role is preferred.

• Maintain a strong understanding of products and services.

• Provide support related to automotive products, installations, and services.

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday.

• Must be able to work an 8-hour day shift.
