This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Lead and manage the comprehensive customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-launch to full operational readiness.
• Organize and oversee pre-launch due diligence for customers, which includes site evaluations, requirement collection, and risk assessment.
• Handle multiple service launches concurrently, coordinating resources and schedules to achieve both customer and business goals.
• Direct the planning and execution of buildout for new locations, utilizing external vendor partners as necessary.
• Diagnose the root causes of technical customer service issues and implement solutions to address problems and prevent future occurrences.
• Create, apply, and consistently enhance essential processes to improve operational quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve operational challenges and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote consistency and best practices across various sites.
• Inspire leaders to optimize daily operations by leveraging data and feedback to enhance performance.
• Ensure adherence to the Customer Promise cycle time across the district.
• Offer technical training and support to technicians and front-line field leaders, equipping teams with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
• Spearhead supply chain initiatives within the division, partnering with procurement and fleet teams to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.
• Oversee all site and fleet-related audits, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• A bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a comparable discipline.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in root cause analysis and process enhancement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and influence individuals at all organizational levels.
• Previous experience as a field leader (e.g., AOM, FOM) is preferred.
• Background in technical training, supply chain management, and fleet operations is highly desirable.
• Must reside in a market that they support.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support site launches and operational initiatives.
