This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Identify portfolio growth opportunities by presenting financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market research to maintain competitiveness and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor account performance and proactively tackle any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding the use of financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance regularly.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to gauge dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, collaborate with internal team members, and interact with external partners at all organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the capability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight travel.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
