This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Discover growth opportunities for the portfolio by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Perform market research to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding the use of financing solutions and services.
• Keep an eye on dealership conditions and performance.
• Create and uphold risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Partner with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish)
• Familiarity with the automotive sector (various areas)
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of key financial tools and terminology
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling interaction with clients and collaboration with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Capability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• BA/BS in a relevant field and 3 years of pertinent experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required
