This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to gauge their financing requirements.
• Recognize portfolio expansion opportunities by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Perform market research to maintain competitiveness and align services with current industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models for evaluating dealership creditworthiness.
• Work alongside internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial insight with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and work-related experience equivalent to this.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capacity to travel by air and drive vehicles.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended durations.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory; driving is an essential function where alternative transportation is not an acceptable substitute.
• Guaranteed bonus income: $2,000 monthly for 4 months (first month prorated), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
