This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Spot opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Perform market research to stay competitive and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Supervise the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance regularly.
• Create and uphold risk assessment models to gauge dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Solid financial acumen with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at different organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Effective negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
• Capability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
