This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to grasp their financing requirements.
• Spot opportunities for portfolio expansion by offering financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish).
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
