This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert consultation and technical assistance to clients in the automotive sector.

• Support customers with intricate inquiries related to vehicle features, specifications, and maintenance.

• Represent leading automotive brands with professional and high-caliber communication.

• Diagnose technical issues by utilizing proprietary automotive diagnostic databases.

• Collaborate with regional teams to provide a seamless service experience for Spanish-speaking customers.

• Keep a thorough understanding of contemporary automotive advancements, including electric and hybrid vehicle ecosystems.

• Accurately document service interactions while adhering to industry-standard quality protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written).

• Valid EU passport (required).

• Demonstrated interest or professional experience in the automotive industry.

• Strong digital skills and the capability to work efficiently in a remote setting.

• Outstanding communication abilities with an emphasis on client satisfaction.

• Prior experience in high-end customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
