Automotive Dealership Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• An Ardent Facilitator will be tasked with organizing and delivering training sessions centered on sales product and skill development.

• Training sessions will encompass a blend of In-Dealership Training, In-Dealership Consulting, traditional Instructor-Led Training, Workshops, and Virtual Instructor-Led Training/Coaching.

• Typically, there will be 48 weeks of facilitation, which includes an annual in-person Train-the-Trainer (T3) event; travel by both air and road will be necessary to access dealerships within the designated territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the automotive industry is essential, along with the capability to communicate effectively to a mid-sized audience.

• Familiarity with standard dealership practices, processes, and procedures is required.

• Understanding of key personnel roles, their functions, and relevant practices is necessary.

• Knowledge of adult learning theories and practices, including objectives, measurement, and evaluation.

• Proficiency in management practices, such as organizing, evaluating, and directing.
