This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver technical support based on practical automotive mechanical expertise.

• Evaluate the necessity, scope, and precision of suggested repairs in accordance with industry standards and hands-on knowledge.

• Ensure that repair and maintenance tasks are executed correctly and priced competitively.

• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities through technical assessments and negotiate repairs when suitable; document all savings achieved.

• Guarantee that preventative maintenance schedules are technically sound and adhered to consistently.

• Maintain personal performance metrics at or above the set goals.

• Positively contribute to team morale and exhibit professionalism in all interactions.

• Adjust to operational changes while remaining calm, professional, and focused on solutions under pressure.

• Uphold a professional image, strong work ethic, and take accountability in a fully remote work environment.

• Bilingual in English and French.

• Possession of a valid mechanic’s license 310S or 310T.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair.

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in a contact center environment (Asset).

• Post-Secondary Education (e.g., College diploma, Certificate, or Apprenticeship) (Asset).

• Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Asset).

• ASE certification or willingness to obtain it within the timeline established by ARI.
