Automation & Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and enhancing HubSpot workflows, automations, and systems.

• Developing and refining pipelines, sequences, forms, dashboards, and reporting.

• Enhancing onboarding processes, accountability, and communication workflows for members.

• Optimizing operational processes throughout the Coaching department.

• Creating automations that minimize manual administrative tasks.

• Facilitating integrations between HubSpot and various other platforms.

• Ensuring accurate reporting and operational transparency.

• Diagnosing and resolving technical and workflow-related issues.

• Experimenting with AI tools and more efficient operational methods.

• Significant experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred.

• A person who enjoys developing and enhancing systems.

• Technologically adept and quick to adapt to new tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a mindset focused on operational efficiency.

• Comfortable with remote work and capable of working independently.
