Automation Specialist, GHL, Zapier – Short-term Project

📋 Description

• We are looking for a highly proficient Automation Systems Specialist to establish and implement a centralized recruiting infrastructure from scratch.

• The main goal of this initiative is to connect our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with GoHighLevel (GHL) through Zapier, creating a highly efficient, automated candidate pipeline.

• Oversee the system architecture, ensuring seamless data flow from the initial application stage to the interview process.

• Set up multi-step Zaps, workflows in GoHighLevel, fine-tune AI screening tools, and perform thorough end-to-end testing.

• Advanced Automation Expertise: A proven history of developing complex, multi-platform workflows utilizing GoHighLevel and Zapier.

• ATS Proficiency: Significant experience in managing data exports and integrations with high-quality Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Technical Logic: Strong comprehension of webhooks, API documentation, and conditional logic to create "fail-safe" automations.

• Operational Excellence: Capability to transform a strategic blueprint into a functioning technical setup while pinpointing opportunities for systemic enhancement.
