Automation Specialist – Gemini, Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Workflow Orchestration: Create and implement intricate, multi-step automations in n8n that connect with internal financial databases, CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot), and banking APIs.

• AI Agent Development: Develop autonomous AI agents utilizing the Gemini API for tasks such as document extraction (OCR), financial sentiment analysis, and automated report creation.

• Production Reliability: Establish comprehensive error handling, retries, and monitoring to guarantee workflows do not "fail silently"—essential for fintech operations.

• Data Security: Ensure all automations conform to stringent financial data privacy standards, incorporating encryption and secure credential management.

• Continuous Optimization: Leverage AI to assess current business processes and recommend "high-leverage" automation opportunities to minimize manual workload.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on n8n Expertise: Demonstrated experience in constructing and troubleshooting production-level workflows in n8n (including custom nodes and JavaScript function nodes).

• LLM Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Google Gemini or other Large Language Models, specifically in prompt engineering and tool-calling functionalities.

• API Mastery: Extensive experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and OAuth2 authentication.

• Scripting: Skillful in Python or Node.js for developing custom logic within automation nodes.

• Database Knowledge: Strong SQL capabilities for querying and managing financial data across different systems.
