This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist sales leadership and operational efforts.
• Assess and qualify incoming leads, directing them to the appropriate channels.
• Organize and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Collect pre-sale account insights.
• Ensure the quality of HubSpot data, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Maintain pipeline integrity and generate reports that provide visibility into team and leadership activities.
• Map out sales and sales-support workflows to identify and address process bottlenecks.
• Create, develop, and manage automations that minimize manual tasks.
• Assist teams in utilizing AI to enhance productivity and decrease administrative workload.
• Entry-level position requiring 3 years of experience in Sales Operations/Support, Business Operations, Sales Support, or a related area.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment – capable of managing multiple priorities and discerning what should be automated versus simplified first.
• A builder's mindset – comfortable launching a v1 and refining it through iterations.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to convert process changes into tangible business outcomes.
• Keen attention to detail and dependability – you help minimize downstream errors.
• Proactive in achieving goals, adhering to deadlines, and suggesting innovative ideas.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
