This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Grasp intricate requirements for automation and robotics solutions in fast-paced warehouse settings.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to analyze, design, develop, test, debug, and implement automation systems.

• Create and execute test plans and test cases for robotic and automation software.

• Perform functional and performance testing of Android-based applications utilizing Android Studio.

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues in both testing and production environments.

• Verify integration points of Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring workflow accuracy and data integrity using PKMS and MAWM.

• Execute comprehensive testing of conveyor systems and warehouse automation equipment.

• Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of custom software in simulated and live production settings.

• Engage in on-site installation, commissioning, testing, and verification of automation systems.

• Offer real-time troubleshooting and support during on-site deployments and go-live events.

• Produce test results, implementation guides, and support documentation.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of warehouse operations, logistics workflows, and their impacts on the supply chain.


⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Android Studio, covering app testing, log analysis, and performance profiling.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an analytical discipline such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science, accompanied by 2+ years of industry experience.

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations may be considered in place of a degree.

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, particularly PKMS, MAWM, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of RDBMS such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Snowflake is advantageous.

• Experience with data visualization and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.

• Experience in developing applications using Python or Java is a plus.

• Acquaintance with conveyor systems and warehouse automation technologies.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across engineering, IT, and operations teams.

• Willingness to travel to warehouse locations for implementation and support.

• 50% domestic travel required for project and system implementations.
