This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven tools and automated workflows for the Finance department.

• Utilize contemporary data engineering and AI development methodologies to provide scalable, regulated Finance solutions.

• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams to convert business challenges into functional software.

• Create and maintain comprehensive AI and automated solutions, which encompass data pipelines, reporting applications, workflow automation, and AI-enhanced analysis tools.

• Recognize manual or inefficient Finance processes and aid in the creation of technology-driven solutions.

• Assist in the establishment of development standards, version control protocols, code review processes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Contribute to the AI governance framework by registering tools, engaging in design and review sessions, and ensuring adherence to data classification standards.

• Develop and sustain data transformation and integration workflows that support Finance AI applications.

• Create interactive Finance applications that highlight AI-generated insights, automate reporting, and offer self-service functionalities.

• Provide continuous support, troubleshooting, and incremental improvements for deployed solutions.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned and adhere to policies and standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or Information Systems is mandatory.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in software development, data engineering, or AI/Machine Learning systems is required.

• Foundational understanding of software development principles and data engineering concepts.

• Familiarity with automation tools, scripting languages, or enterprise analytics platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence or machine learning concepts, with an emphasis on practical application rather than model research.

• Ability to convert specified business requirements into technical solutions with support.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy and quality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams.
