Automation Engineer, Cyber Security

📋 Description

• In the role of Automation Engineer, you will collaborate with developers, engineers, and cybersecurity specialists to design, construct, and enhance solutions provided on our essential hyper-automation platform.

• You will be at the leading edge of automation and AI-driven advancements, delivering functionalities that improve and expand operational efficiency.

• Furthermore, you will significantly contribute to defining internal standards, shaping best practices, and proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes, integrate AI, enhance tools, and elevate both internal and customer experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably within a cybersecurity, platform engineering, or software development context.

• Strong practical knowledge in designing and developing automation solutions that support security operations, enhance response times, and promote operational maturity.

• Familiarity with an automation platform like N8N would be a significant advantage.

• A comprehensive understanding of essential cybersecurity areas is crucial, including threat detection and response, vulnerability management, and incident response.

• Experience with enterprise security tools—such as EDR, XDR, and SIEM platforms—and integrating these tools into cohesive workflows is highly sought after.

• Solid programming skills, particularly in languages such as Python.

• A good grasp of API-driven integrations and system interoperability within complex environments.

• Exceptional communication skills are vital, with the ability to work collaboratively across both technical and non-technical teams, partake in decision-making, and support the successful execution of initiatives.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern infrastructure or automation methodologies is beneficial.

• A background in cybersecurity-focused engineering or secure platform development would be advantageous.

• Proficient command of both written and spoken English.
