This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and sustain automation workflows across IT systems and various SaaS platforms.
• Establish integrations between Microsoft services, Google Workspace, and additional tools utilizing APIs.
• Streamline operational tasks such as user management, notifications, data synchronization, and access workflows.
• Ensure the implementation of dependable and secure automation through logging, monitoring, and error handling.
• Enhance existing processes to minimize manual efforts and boost efficiency.
• Work in collaboration with IT, Security, and business teams to provide automation solutions.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, scripts, and integrations.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in automation, scripting, or IT infrastructure within enterprise settings.
• In-depth experience with:
• The Microsoft Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Google Workspace (basic administration).
• Practical experience with:
• RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• PowerShell and Python.
• Azure services including Automation, Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Strong comprehension of:
• Automation patterns such as event-driven and scheduled workflows.
• SaaS integrations and API-based workflows.
• Basics of authentication (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Awareness of tools like Slack, Jira, or comparable SaaS platforms, Git, and fundamental CI/CD.
• Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
