Automation Developer, Power Platform, Copilot Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem.

• Create and tailor Copilot experiences across Microsoft 365, utilizing tools such as Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

• Construct and integrate AI solutions utilizing Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry, to address practical business scenarios.

• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their needs and convert them into scalable AI solutions.

• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to highlight AI capabilities and encourage adoption.

• Integrate AI solutions with existing infrastructures, data sources, and APIs.

• Provide customers with best practices regarding AI utilization, governance, and security.

• Diagnose and enhance AI solutions to boost performance and user experience.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI technologies, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal capabilities, reusable resources, and the ongoing improvement of AI offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Proficient in Power Automate (workflow design, error handling, and integrations).

• Experience in system integration via connectors, Dataverse/SharePoint, and/or APIs.

• Familiarity with Azure Foundry.

• Comfortable delivering client-facing services such as workshops, demos, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

• Solid understanding of security and governance concepts (DLP, least privilege, environment strategy).

• Experience in Power Platform ALM and solution packaging.

• Exposure to custom connectors and API Management.

• Experience in publishing agents to Teams/Microsoft 365 Copilot and facilitating enterprise rollout.
