πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem.

β€’ Create and tailor Copilot experiences across Microsoft 365, utilizing tools such as Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

β€’ Construct and integrate AI solutions utilizing Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry, to address practical business scenarios.

β€’ Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their needs and convert them into scalable AI solutions.

β€’ Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to highlight AI capabilities and encourage adoption.

β€’ Integrate AI solutions with existing infrastructures, data sources, and APIs.

β€’ Provide customers with best practices regarding AI utilization, governance, and security.

β€’ Diagnose and enhance AI solutions to boost performance and user experience.

β€’ Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI technologies, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.

β€’ Contribute to the enhancement of internal capabilities, reusable resources, and the ongoing improvement of AI offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Practical experience in developing agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio.

β€’ Proficient in Power Automate (workflow design, error handling, and integrations).

β€’ Experience in system integration via connectors, Dataverse/SharePoint, and/or APIs.

β€’ Familiarity with Azure Foundry.

β€’ Comfortable delivering client-facing services such as workshops, demos, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

β€’ Solid understanding of security and governance concepts (DLP, least privilege, environment strategy).

β€’ Experience in Power Platform ALM and solution packaging.

β€’ Exposure to custom connectors and API Management.

β€’ Experience in publishing agents to Teams/Microsoft 365 Copilot and facilitating enterprise rollout.
