Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes to pinpoint automation opportunities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp current workflows and envision improved future scenarios.

• Create and implement automation solutions utilizing RPA technology combined with AI functionalities.

• Oversee and assist existing automations while working closely with support teams to enhance the automation ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in RPA development, preferably within the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Capability to convert business processes into efficient automation solutions.

• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership from the discovery phase through to delivery.

• Strong emphasis on quality standards.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies.

• Familiarity with the broader Power Platform and IT environments is advantageous.

• Understanding of software development methodologies will contribute to your success in this position.
