Automation Consultant, Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance initiatives for contact center implementations.

• Develop and implement testing strategies for Amazon Connect contact flows.

• Assess omni-channel routing and voice user interfaces.

• Perform load, performance, and automation testing for web and service applications.

• Create and evaluate reports on quality trends and defect patterns.

• Facilitate SIT and UAT coordination, including defect management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in Amazon Connect testing, automated IVR validation, and load & performance testing.

• Strong understanding of omni-channel and conversational AI solutions.

• Proven experience in designing and executing detailed test plans for Amazon Connect contact flows (DTMF/ASR).

• Skilled in testing CloudFormation stacks, Lambda integrations, and Amazon Lex bots.

• Familiarity with validating omni-channel routing across voice, chat, SMS, and email channels.

• Expertise in validating voice user interfaces (VUI) and advanced IVR systems.

• Background in testing API integrations using Postman.

• Proficient in AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM.

• Specialized in load testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.

• SQL and AWS cloud platform knowledge is essential.

• Proficient in generating and analyzing reports using Amazon Connect’s built-in metrics and Contact Lens.

• Familiarity with cross-platform contact center products (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio).

• Experienced with JIRA, Qtest/Qmetry, Postman, CloudWatch, Lucid, and softphone clients.
