Automation and Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and enhancing HubSpot workflows, automations, and systems

• Developing and refining pipelines, sequences, forms, dashboards, and reporting

• Enhancing onboarding, accountability, and communication workflows for members

• Optimizing operational processes within the Coaching department

• Creating automations that minimize manual administrative tasks

• Facilitating integrations between HubSpot and additional platforms

• Ensuring precise reporting and operational transparency

• Diagnosing technical and workflow-related issues

• Evaluating AI tools and exploring smarter operational methods

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred

• A candidate who enjoys constructing and enhancing systems

• A proactive problem-solver who embraces accountability

• Technologically adept and quick to adopt new tools

• Strong attention to detail combined with operational thinking

• Comfortable working independently and remotely

• Experience with automation tools or integrations is a significant advantage
