Automation and Integrations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Automate existing manual processes.

• Create Make scenarios and Apps Script automations that eliminate repetitive tasks for teams across Contour.

• Deliver small-scale internal tools.

• Design and develop practical, AI-assisted tools that effectively save time, and ensure they are accessible to users.

• Enhance existing solutions.

• Sustain and expand current automations (resource pipeline, class schedule, printing operations) without causing disruptions.

• Identify the actual problem.

• Engage with the team to comprehend the real workflow, and construct solutions that address the genuine needs rather than just the initial descriptions.

• Ensure safe development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have successfully delivered operational automations or internal tools in a professional environment.

• Proficient with Make.com, Google Apps Script, or both.

• Familiar with utilizing AI to accelerate development and deployment.

• Possess strong practical product and business insights: you have a solid understanding of processes to automate the right tasks.

• Value safe, maintainable builds and are comfortable working across time zones with some overlap into Australian hours.

• Nice to Have: Basic coding skills in JavaScript.

• Experience with Monday.com, Google Workspace administration, or other no-code and low-code platforms.

• Background in edtech or within a rapidly evolving operational setting.
