This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Automate existing manual processes.
β’ Create Make scenarios and Apps Script automations that eliminate repetitive tasks for teams across Contour.
β’ Deliver small-scale internal tools.
β’ Design and develop practical, AI-assisted tools that effectively save time, and ensure they are accessible to users.
β’ Enhance existing solutions.
β’ Sustain and expand current automations (resource pipeline, class schedule, printing operations) without causing disruptions.
β’ Identify the actual problem.
β’ Engage with the team to comprehend the real workflow, and construct solutions that address the genuine needs rather than just the initial descriptions.
β’ Ensure safe development practices.
β’ You have successfully delivered operational automations or internal tools in a professional environment.
β’ Proficient with Make.com, Google Apps Script, or both.
β’ Familiar with utilizing AI to accelerate development and deployment.
β’ Possess strong practical product and business insights: you have a solid understanding of processes to automate the right tasks.
β’ Value safe, maintainable builds and are comfortable working across time zones with some overlap into Australian hours.
β’ Nice to Have: Basic coding skills in JavaScript.
β’ Experience with Monday.com, Google Workspace administration, or other no-code and low-code platforms.
β’ Background in edtech or within a rapidly evolving operational setting.
β’ Fully remote position, available anywhere in India.
